Treatment Approach
I believe that you can create the life that you want and deserve! I can help you understand and overcome the blocks that keep you stuck. As a trauma-informed therapist, I can help you understand how your current life situations are influenced by your past. I help you learn from your past, but not be defined or limited by it. I specialize in anxiety, divorce, LGBTQ issues, loss and life transitions.
As a clinical social worker in private practice for 25 years, I provide clients with space, support and acceptance. This "holding" space allows them to find solutions that lie within. I support wellness of body, mind and spirit in every area of life and development.
